Terms and payment

Booking conditions:

After confirmation by Finca Valtocado on the choosen dates, the reservation will be processed. After receiving the down payment, the reservation will be confirmed by email.


Payment Terms:

Payments can only be in advance by bank transfer or in cash.

Or by PayPal (extra costs of 3%).

We require a deposit of 50% of the total amount,
which must be paid in advance by bank transfer.

The balance of the fare in cash on arrival or two weeks before arrival
by bank transfer requirements.

The deposit must be paid within 1 week after reservation
or the reservation expires.


More then five weeks before arrival date is 100% refund of payment.
Three week before arrival date is 50% refund of payment and
less then three weeks no refunds


You will recieve our bank details with the confirmation.



Picked up service at the airport of Malaga at € 30.00.

The finca and the cottages are smoke free zones.

You can rent a beach towel
for € 5,00 per towel,to use by the pool or the beach!

If you lose a beach towel, an amount of € 15.00
will be charged!
